Delivering hospitality FF&E projects involves a significant amount of complexity and moving parts. Correctly sequencing the chain of events required; working with the brand, vendors, manufacturers, factories, hotel ownership, general contractors, and installers is not for the faint of heart. We have been the customer so we understand the importance of execution and project deliverables.
Do we get it right every time? No. While we would love to be perfect and never have a supply chain issue or vendor that doesn’t deliver on committed timelines, this is not always the case. Global Sourcing & Contract Manufacturing
Stirling Supply was born out of the frustrations caused by expensive procurement companies, a lack of transparency in the process, hidden fees, and missed deadlines. From a hotel contractor’s and hotel owner’s perspective, we were fed up with the industry norm. Why pay the middle man (distributors) and the procurement companies? Especially when the products rarely came on time, delaying the project and costing us money. We decide to cut out the middle man and control our own timeline (logistics.) Now that we’ve perfected that model on our own projects, why not offer it to others?
Stirling Supply offers a variety of products under our own Stirling label and also sources products from around the globe, allowing us to offer quality products well below industry averages.
